The atmosphere of our office is professional, friendly and fun! From our marketing dept., IT to our management, office administrator and processor its the BEST!! I completely depend of these professionals and they wouldn't want it any other way.

I joined the Mullica Hill Office knowing I had the support and guidance of our Office Manager Pam Kotter and OA Kathy. What I did not anticipate was the same support from veteran well established agents who were quick to answer questions, lend support and offer suggestions and examples of their experiences new to the business. While we are all "self" employed, free to make decisions and schedule our time to our own personal needs, there is an atmosphere of teamwork within the office that makes everyone feel welcomed and supported!

She treats all of the agents as adults and as business owners. Even though I live in Morrestown, NJ, I still continue to keep my license at the Mullica Hill office. That is due in no small part to Pam's leadership, and the success of this office.

Since starting at Berkshire Hathaway I have noticed than Pam is always available for the agent's needs. She returns phone calls and stops in your office to see if you need anything.
